Hey Guys, We have two double rooms (Unfurnished) available in my 5 bedrooms' house. Great views of the ocean and sky tower from the kitchen. All new renovated kitchen and bathroom. A little introduction for the flatmates. We are both in our early 30s and working professionals with two kitty cats. $250 per week per room excluding utilities (shared according to monthly bills). If you would like to rent both rooms, rent will be $450.00. 2 weeks bond required. Move in as soon as possible. No pets or smokers.
Flatmates
My husband and i are working professional, we both work on weekdays normal hours. We currently have one kid in the house, but we will most likely to stay in our own space on the second floor. We are quite people, like to go for a walk on the weekend.
Preferred Flatmates
We are most welcome anyone who is interested in our room. We do request the place to be respect and clean. Also pay rent on time.
