Large room with built in desk and wardrobe in big house with spectacular views available to board. House has two living areas, two toilets, two showers. 12 mins from Leamington, Cambridge. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. $320 per week includes power, WIFI, gas, and firewood. Happy to negotiate provision of meals at an extra cost. Family unit with two primary school children 50 percent of the time. 1 week board in advance to move in.
Flatmates
Working couple with two well behaved boys age 6 and 8 who spend 7 out of 14 nights here. We are down to earth, love a good laugh and are sociable. We don’t party or drink, but love to spend time outside in the garden and like to go fishing and camping when we can. We both love to cook so if you chose to include meals as part of your board, you would be well taken care of! Any other questions please ask!
Preferred Flatmates
We would love to have someone who is sociable and would like to share meal times with us when they can. We would prefer someone who is not locked away in their room 24/7, but equally we are respectful of your space and time to yourself! Pets negotiable.

Two fireplaces and HRV system in house. We do also have a heat pump in the main living area. Large kitchen and dining area. Extensive lawn and garden areas including fruit trees and vege gardens. One indoor kitten. Hot water is on gas and we are supplied by UV treated rainwater.
