Lovely sunny character house in Miramar seeks new flatmates Two rooms, the big one is very spacious at $330 p/w including utilities and $660 bond (though this can be paid over several weeks) The small one is cosy and is $200 p/w including expenses and $400 bond (though this can also be paid off over several weeks. It was a wardrobe and a second cupboard for storage. The house is home to two guys and two very friendly dogs. There is a generous yard, bathroom including a bathtub, lounge, kitchen, and washroom with a washing machine and dryer, though there is also a washing line in the garden. There are some steps up to the front door in terms of accessibility. There is room for on-street parking. There is a sports field just down the road if you fancy a morning run, and a Korean Chicken restaurant and two Indian takeaways two minutes walk away, or you can walk to Strathmore shops about 10 minutes away or Miramar shops including New World about 15 minutes. Pack'n'Save in Kilbirnie is about a 10-15 minute bus ride. There is a bus stop about two minutes from the flat on the #2 line which are very frequent, but the 30x express goes on weekday mornings and evenings. It is about 25-30 minutes to the top of Courtney place. The small room isn't suitable for couples (though the large room is) and unfortunately we also can't have anymore pets. Smokers are fine but you will need to smoke outside. Rent includes power and internet. The lease goes until January 2026. Ideal flatmates would be fairly independent but down for some socialising --You would also be able to clean up after yourself, really like dogs and be mindful of their safety.
