We have 1 room available at my place in Takanini. Currently in the flat is me and 2 other girls, one of our French flatmates has gone back to France so we have 1 free room ready for someone to join our family. The place is modern, 4 years old, fully furnished 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a double internal access garage. Me and Peri have 1 cat each (Sabre and Ned) and they’re super cute and friendly. Sabre is a Maine coon and Ned is a ginger haha The room is sharing a large bathroom with 2 other girls as I have the ensuite in the master bedroom. Me and Peri are both New Zealanders working full time, Peri works for coastguard NZ and I’m a chef in the army. Nahia is from France working here until July and she is working for ACC. Rent is 240 pw including everything (rent,power,fibre internet and flat essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, rubbish tags ect.) The room has basic furniture (1 double bed) with small draws and shelf’s if you need bedroom furniture. If you don’t need furniture and you want to bring your own I can take that stuff out. There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away and the train station is 9 mins walk away with a 40 min ride to britomart and 20 drive to the airport. The house is on aviation street so a 5 min walk to the Takanini town centre shopping complex which has a warehouse, city fit, snap fitness supermarket ect. We are not a party flat but do enjoy having social drinks and movie/games nights. The neighbourhood is very lovely and quiet and there is also lots of off street parking. If you need help I have a large work van I can use to help move your stuff in, can also send you photos if you are interested or you are more than welcome to come view 😊

1 Male (head tenant) and 2 Females all working full time . We’re all pretty chill people who enjoy socialising in the evenings but also enjoy our alone time too. We try to do games nights on mondays but understand that life gets busy and we can’t always make it . Peri loves doing the gardening, Nahia is a big bookworm and I love gaming. The cats are also a huge part of our family and they’re both super friendly .
