This is a room rental in a renovated Devonport Villa with views to Mount Victoria. The room is furnished. It is a front room of the villa that is approx 3.6 square - it had a queen bed, side cabinets and drawers. There is a walk in wardrobe and storage space that also has room for a desk. The villa is warm and cosy and has been renovated, is well-insulated and has heating, two bathrooms and two toilets. The living area is spacious, light and bright, with a spacious lovely kitchen. Our villa has a verandah with view to Takarunga, Mount Victoria. It's close to the ferry building with easy access to the city, or has good off-street parking if required. It's a less than 5-minute walk to Devonport Village where there are shops, cafes, restaurants, a movie theatre, gym, beach etc Close to the beautiful beaches of Devonport - Devonport Beach, Torpedo Bay, Cheltenham, Narrow Neck.

We are a family with Mum, Dad and 10-year-old son at home, sometimes our older son (23). Claire: I enjoy my work as an academic in the field of educational improvement. I love to spend time with family, especially at the beach, and am recently found doing jobs outside to establish our new garden. I also love to cook and am learning woodwork. Paul works locally and is a member of the local volunteer fire brigade. We also have an 11-year old son who is a keen sailor.
