Hey, I am looking for a friendly FEMALE easy going, tidy person to join my three bedroom house in Beach Haven/Birkdale. You will be sharing with two other person, myself and my five year old daughter. I am a working professional, who is out most weekends... FULLY FURNITURED ROOMS The master room which has its own bathroom. The house is a great location, close to bus stops and good walking distance to Verans Corner (Birkenhead Transport). There is secure parking and we are a gated with security cameras - so very safe. $200 per week (or $400 per fortnight) and bills are roughly $100-120 per month, which includes internet, water, electricity, lawns (these are split between three of us). Bond is one month. The room is fully furnished double room with plenty of wardrobe space with own bathroom.
