One of our current flatmates is relocating up north for a job so we’re looking for someone to fill this room until 2 December. The house is on Siska Place, just a short walk to the Univeristy with a gate onto Ilam apartments to save a few minutes, and right by Bush Inn and New World. There are five of us in the flat (so six counting you), a mix of masters and undergrad students, most working part time. All furniture pictured in the room is available. The house is fairly large with a really nice sunny back yard. The kitchen and dining area are in their own room which feed into the big main lounge with a second smaller lounge in between. We've also got the garage set up with a few couches and an air hockey table, which goes good mainly in summer when its warm. The room available is pictured, the room itself is fairly big, definitely bigger than your average flat room as well as having the ensuite and wardrobe means you'll have heaps of space. Almost all of the furniture in the room can stay if you'd like it furnished by negotiation. There is a decent amount of off street parking for 4 - 5 cars excluding the garage.
