HOUSEMATES WANTED🏡 Looking for a respectful, clean & tidy, professional couple in their 30’s to join me in my recently purchased home in conveniently located 13th Ave. The house is fully furnished but bedroom can be unfurnished if preferred. ✨AVAILABLE 11th APRIL ✨ Room is $380 per week - you will have an extra large bedroom with ample storage space and separate entrance available. Also includes use of your own bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs may have the occasional visitor but you’ll essentially have the floor to yourself most of the time 😊 Bills split evenly are $30 per person per week for expenses, internet and reasonable use of power and water.
