Hey everyone! My mates and I are looking for a fourth member to join our flat in Grey Lynn/Ponsonby. The house is in a great central location. It's a four bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and loads of off street parking. We are a social flat! We all love to cook, bake, have some drinks and boogie but we also all love our alone time and some relaxation. You will be living with 2 lovely tradie fellas and yopro chick all 20-21. We are looking for someone in their young-mid twenties, male or female. The rent will range from $220-250pw excl monthly bills depending on room sizes- you can choose. We haven't moved in to this place yet but are organised to move early to mid May and would love to have chosen a flattie by then to move with us If you'd like to check out the place yourself, this can be arranged also.
