Fully furnished house and the bedroom has just been furnished with a brand new bed, linen, towels, bedside table, mirror, washing basket Sunny, view of reserve, small balcony, new carpet, double wardrobe, shared bathroom with shower & bath, toilet, separate toilet downstairs Costs - $280 per week , this includes rent and share of utilities - power, water, wifi, rubbish, lawn mowing (once my grass grows back from this hot summer LOL) I’ll also make sure there’s always shared house stuff - toilet paper, hand soap, dish liquid, kitchen & bathroom cleaning products (* groceries and cooking done separately*) I have been in many flatting sitchos and found this is the best way. Open to getting a cleaner in once in a while to do the big jobs & splitting the cost if that’s your jam. Otherwise we can just both do our part Open to short term

Need to live with someone who is this way inclined also :) I am independent and mostly do my own thing, but also want a housemate that I get along with so it’s homely, comfortable, friendly vibes :) Open to chats, chilling, dinners and drinks on occasion. I'm pretty easy going and when home I'm usually just doing chores, cooking, relaxing in the sun with music or a book, binging crime documentaries haha I’m very active & an early riser (5am most days -dog walking/running/working out) so if you sleep in often you will get woken up by excited doggies and me rushing around so it probably wouldn't suit you that well. Must like dogs, I have two super friendly ones. Obviously they are my responsibility but need to be respectful of their house rules, provide some pats / ball throws lol and never leave the gate open.

Brand new townhouse, it’s pretty much in Westgate , 2 mins drive to shops and motorways, 5 min walk to bus stops, safe new development area. Outdoor area with couch, overlooks a reserve so is quite peaceful and gets loads of sun. No one can build on that side so wont lose the view
