Absolutely stunning 4 bed 1 bath terraced house on the town end of Aro Street. Gorgeous wooden floors and an enormous kitchen that was renovated 6 months ago. We have a gas stove, washer and dryer and plenty of storage in the kitchen. We do communal cooking as a flat so if you join you will only have to cook for the flat once a week and then people will cook for you!
Very bright and warm with zero mould which is a score to find in Aro Valley!
We have a beautiful sunny garden with an outdoor table and a few veg growing. Complete with a compost bin and worm farm so we save $$ on green waste, the garden is out of sight from the road so perfect for bike storage.
