Located in Kelvin Grove the Countdown is only a 5 minute walk max. At the end of the street is a bus stop with buses connecting to the City Centre and University Campuses. The two rooms to choose from are of same size both with a single in-wall wardrobe. Enough space to comfortably fit a queen bed and drawers etc One bedroom is located adjacent to the drive way, the other is closest room to the living area. The ideal person would be comfortable living with a medium-large dog but would be great they had an interest in spending some time with also. There is however no expectation to be responsible for the dog. If someone were a learner of the reo it would be a supportive whare for that journey and in turn would provide me with something I'd value having in a flatmate. Mauri ora!
