Double room for rent in a light and airy renovated Seatoun villa. The room itself is a good size (4.6m x 3.7m) and comes with a desk and chair, a great bed, a built-in wardrobe and extra storage. A large window frames a partial sea view and lets in plenty of natural light. The bed comes with a couple of pillows, pillowcases, sheet, a couple of blankets. Nothing fancy. Note: room does not have a private bathroom.

The house is in reasonable condition, it's one of the nicer flats I've lived in.
There's no lounge, so people now socialise in the kitchen instead.
We have one bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a separate second toilet.
The laundry has a washer and dryer, tub and drying racks.
The back yard has a clothes line and is a sun trap in summer. There's space to put your pot plants and we have a steady stream of bokashi juice for feeding your plant friends.
The house has a garage but we use this to store boxes and bikes so would prefer to keep it car-free.
There are two of us on the lease and two flatmates who sign a Flat Share agreement with us - this specifies the notice period when moving out (2 weeks).
