Rare opportunity to live in a beautiful home, super close to Te Henga beach and Lake Wainamu. Perfect for nature lovers and keen surfers! Rent is $225 for the room pictured and includes power, gas and internet. There is no charge for water as we are on tank but may need to chip in if we run out during summer. House is beautiful to live in! The lounge, large deck on the front, and covered shelter in the back-yard all have gorgeous views and are perfect places to relax and wind down after a day at work. Room can come furnished or unfurnished, all other utensils and appliances are free to use. Happy for you to add your own furnishings/art/plants to make this place feel like home. Ideally looking for someone who is tidy and kind, preferably female & under 35yo. Sorry no cats as there are two here already 😊
