hey auckland flatmates! my partner and I are on a search for a working COUPLE to move into our 3 bedroom home. We are 19 and 20 and are wanting to rent out one of our rooms to a friendly, tidy and fun couple. we are located in Flat Bush 20 mins from the airport 30 mins to the CBD the rent per week will be $350 as a couple + utility’s the accommodation includes: a FULLY FURNISHED home your room comes with a decent sized wardrobe you will have your own bathroom (with a bath) the kitchen and living area will be a communal space as well as the second bedroom which will be turned into a movie/another area to relax. the room will be available to move in anytime around march (but this can be discussed)
