An opportunity has come up for a single professional looking for an amazing double bedroom located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hillpark, South Auckland. Your home will be nestled amongst beautiful native trees so you can enjoy the sound of birds singing while you sit back and relax in your new home. The room is fully insulated, has double glazed windows, new carpets, huge wardrobe and double roller blinds. It comes furnished with a queen bed and two side tables (as per the photos). You will have private use to your own fully tiled bathroom so no fighting in the morning when getting ready for work…lol Rent is $350 per week which includes power, water and fast speed internet.
