Move in available now 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a private room with double wardrobe available to rent. Rural section surrounded by paddocks. 6 minute drive from Kihikihi and 13 minute drive from Te Awamutu Off road private parking. Bathroom and toilet is shared. Fireplace for heating so firewood bills are split. House cleaning is shared. Room is unfurnished but has a TV bracket on the wall for hanging a TV if desired.
