Private room in a lovely house on a quiet street in Churton Park. Cat friendly, though you'd need to check the terms with the landlords. House is fully insulated and healthy homes compliant, with built in ventilation. Furniture in pictures is not ours, bedroom picture is the master bedroom but the other room is identical it just has a window instead of a door. There is a covered carport and it is an easy walk to nearby bus stops. You'd be living with a chill, friendly gamer couple. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
Flatmates
An LGBT couple, ADHD and autistic so one of us is very chatty and the other one is quieter. Both very friendly and chill, usually playing video games or Dungeons and Dragons. We love to cook and usually cook on our own, but would be happy to work something out to go full communal.
Preferred Flatmates
Someone chill and quiet who is happy doing their own thing would be ideal, but we can get along with most people.
