Just downsized / moved from a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom. Couples considered available options single $250(gone), queen $300 and king $350 room on Richard Farrell Avenue, Remuera, Auckland 1050. Dates Available King and Single rooms available 4th February 2025 sadly two brothers will be relocating to Hastings for visa requirements (Shared bathroom with myself). Queen available 7th February 2025 (Couple had own bathroom and wants an ensuite) In consideration of other flat mates and our shared driveway we ask not to bring visitors into our home (except partners and immediate family). We are friendly, extremely clean, and tidy working professionals. We value our space and privacy due to our busy schedules. Existing flat mates: 25 - Ming and Anthony are brothers from Malaysia and works in manufacturing from 6am weekdays 35 - Angie works from home (currently in between contracts) and plays tennis most evenings Beds, draws, and desks are available in each room or bring your own. 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance required: - own toilet & bathroom (currently for a couple) preferably only share bathroom with one other if no couples - 1 onsite parking (fifs) - expenses include power, fast Internet, and water - furnished or unfurnished - preferred flat mate, clean, tidy, and drama free
