Hello potential new flattie! 😊 We have an unfurnished double room for rent at our brand new sunny flat in Panmure · 1 x double room - $225 plus expenses (internet, water, electricity) Bond is 3 weeks rent plus 1 week rent in advance Available from 1st March (negotiable move in date) Room is a small double and fits either a queen bed, a double bed and small desk, or a king single and large desk What’s great about this space - double glazed - Bright and sunny rooms with plenty of natural light (plus new blinds installed for when you aren’t ready for sun too early in the day!). - You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person, plus there is a separate toilet downstairs - Cute, safe, and quiet neighborhood - Adorable backyard with no houses behind, meaning extra privacy - Minutes walk away from the water and park which is perfect for evening strolls, picnics, for runners etc. Boat ramp nearby. Mt Welly is also super close. - Heat pump/air con in living room. - Plenty of street parking available. - Panmure train station - Central location and close to multiple restaurants, cafes, cheap eats, groceries - 10 minutes drive from Sylvia Park.
