Current tenants are a 25 y/o stay at home Mum, a 20 y/o working female and 6 month old (who hardly cries and sleeps through night, so your sleep won’t be disturbed etc)
Preferred Flatmates
Tenants MUST be working, tidy, respectful, reasonably quiet (mainly when baby is sleeping) and pay rent on time. No smoking, drinking or furry pets. Not a party house.
