Good day everyone, We have 3 spacious bedrooms available for couples in this apartment on Shortland street (city centre). Nice location, close to everything, super secured and quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Auckland City Central. Fully furnished. Big kitchen & living room area. The rooms will be available on 12/02 and we want tenants who would like to move in asap after this date. We are looking for couples only. * Ensuite master bedroom with bathroom: $500 per week included everything. * Couple bedroom 1 and 2: $450 included unlimited internet and water. Power will be shared by the end of each month. * 1 slot of carpark is available for rent at an additional cost of $50 per week. * No pets allowed sorry. * Move in cost is 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. * Minimum lease 3 months.
