Hi flat hunters, We are looking for a new flatmate in our 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom in our Avondale home! The current occupant of the room is staying with us but moving into the master bedroom, so his room is up for grabs. The room is available now, but move-in date can be somewhat flexible for the right person. The room is a double-sized bedroom that is sunny and upstairs. The bedroom itself is not equipped with furniture, but there is a built-in wardrobe. You would be sharing the bathroom with two other flatmates. The rent is $200 per week (excluding shared expenses), with stability guaranteed because the landlord is a family member of the head tenant.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the Avondale train station, with bus stops directly opposite the house (for routes 195) or in less than 5 minutes' walk away (for routes 22R, 22N , 67A, 191 and 67B). Off-street parking is negotiable, but on-street parking is perfectly abundant either directly in front of the house or on two side roads each less than 1 minute's walk away.
