FURNISHED ROOM AVAILABE $190pw - Sunny bedroom with double wardrobe available now in East Tamaki. Furnished room includes one double bed and a set of drawers. Bedding in picture not included. Room could easily fit a desk in place of the chest of drawers and can be discussed prior to moving in. We are looking for a working professional in their 20s/30s to join us and our little flat family. 4 current flat mates are a couple and two guys. We are looking for someone semi-sociable to fit into our awesome flat dynamic, but this is not a party house so we are not looking for anyone rowdy. We have a 12yo cat who keeps to herself, and 2 very friendly dogs who are always with us, but love pats and get really excited when they meet new people, or just whenever you come home! The house is two levels, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with two lounges so there is plenty of privacy. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other people. Also please note we are low on storage so please only bring what can fit in your room. Expenses are $40pw, and these include power, gas, water, unlimited broadband, lawns and amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning products, etc. We also all chip in an extra $24 per month to pay for a cleaner which is super handy in meaning we don't have a chore roster. There may be a month here or there in winter where a little extra is required to top up the power bill but heaps of notice will be given in this instance. Cost to move in is one week's rent in advance plus expenses and a refundable bond of $650. Must be paid prior to moving in. Please message me with a little about you and your hobbies.
