The room can comfortably fit a queen bed and drawers with a deep wardrobe for storage plus other cupboards in the house that can be used if required. Brand new cosy townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs and shared bathroom. End of a small road with nice neighbours. Small back yard area for plants and clothesline. House is warm and clean with a heat pump downstairs and a wall mounted heater upstairs. Kitchen has oven, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of pantry space. Washing machine and dryer under the stairs out of the way. Lounge has a wall mounted 4K TV with a PS5 and Xbox Series X you're welcome to play. Small dining table to fit four and coffee table with drawers. You must be a cat lover as meatball will make himself your friend. Room is available 7th June, please get in touch as soon as possible if you are interested. Preferably stay up to 2 years
