My cousin and I are looking for someone to join our flat fam ideally within the 19-25 age range. Your current flatmates: Amy (me) (23) - works full time, enjoys netball and gymming. A huge book nerd so spends a lot of time reading. Is willing to discuss Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and other nerdy things. Garrett (19) - currently studying at uni, enjoys a good game of basketball, is secretly a pro swimmer. His weakness is bread crumbs (literally). Tui (cat) - very shy and will hide for the first few weeks. Once she comes out of her shell, she’s sassy, affectionate and vocal (think meow but autotuned). Happily accepts treats. Unfortunately no further pets (sorry! If it were up to me, I’d allow it…. But Tui runs the roost). If you are someone who is clean, tidy, likes their own space but also keen for chats/banter, likes cats. Weekly rent: $237.50 + expenses which is approximately looking to be $30-35 a week. But realistically split as they come. Move in costs: $900 Bond + 2 weeks Looking forward to hearing from you!
