Hi flat hunters We have a lovely 4 bedroom home in Massey, very close to Westgate, only 10-15 minute walk. There are 3 of us living here which includes my brother and his fiancee, all in full time employment. We're looking for someone who has steady employment, friendly, clean and tidy, enjoys a quiet lifestyle and respects each others space. The double bedroom for rent is partially furnished if required and is light and airy. You will be sharing bathroom with 1 other and there's an opportunity to rent a smaller bedroom if required as a study or just extra space but we can talk about the cost of that if it is something you are looking for. Shared kitchen/lounge and a good sized outdoor area. We also have one cat Tammy who can sometimes be sociable. Rent for double bedroom $230 plus amenities, power, water, wifi.
