I don't drink nor smoke. Like reading, not a party person. Have experienced boarding, renting and flatting before, since 2018. I mind my own business, but not anti-social, can hold myself up in a conversation. Have diverse knowledge that come and goes. I am honest, so I will say that my bad traits is that I can be a bit forgetful on small things, as there are a lot of things in my mind, but nothing that will affect other people but myself. Not too concerned on how things look, as long as a place have a bed and a space where I can put my computer to study, I am fine.

Not too much requirements. As long as I am not disturbed in my room, then it is fine. Everything else can be work out when needed.
